June, who works out of her studio in Ashburton, Devon UK has exhibited her work internationally and is a member of the Pastel Society.

Born in 1944, June graduated with a first-class honours in Interior Design from Kingston College of Art and has gone on to have a successful career spanning over 30 years, which included designing of the interior of several 5 star hotels. The content of her paintings has changed over the years; initially of her home and surroundings on the edge of Dartmoor then followed by interiors and the human form.  Her travels in Greece and other parts of Europe have inspired many collections and, in more recent years, time spent in India has had a powerful influence on her work. Her favourite medium is pastel, often combined with gouache, but she works in many mediums depending on the subject in hand. Drawing remains an essential part of her initial painting process.

St Jude India ChildCare Centres UK is a charity registered with the UK Charity Commission. (Registration no. 1120539). Its’ mission is to raise funds to help children in India recovery from childhood cancers by providing a ‘home away from home’.
